Love this place. We were returning visitors. And it was just as good as we’d remembered. Beautiful view from sea view room’s. Peaceful, well kept hotel , with lovely staff and food. We had a rough last night , with awful guests slamming doors, and shouting In corridor’s. Not the hotels fault. But rude golfers who drank too much. We will be back soon I hope 🤞🏻

Sunday lunch, booked for 2:30pm. Service was slow. Menu was very limited. I had roast leg of lamb. Which was overcooked and quite dry. (Gravy had no flavour) which did not help. And there was very little lamb , couple of small slices. Wife had peppered chicken. Which was only about half a chicken breast, and again it tasted bland and dry. Sorry Bayview, need to do much better for the prices you charge. Won’t be rushing back in a hurry, and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

We booked a room with a view of the sea and it was lovely. Everything was of the highest quality. We had a great evening meal which was very reasonably priced and an excellent breakfast. I wished we had booked for more than one night and hope to return.

This hotel is an a beautiful location and ideal if you want to get away to totally relax. My gf and I came here for our anniversary and enjoyed our stay. Recommend paying the extra for the seaview it really is stunning. Food was nice in a comfy atmosphere. I had the leg of lamb and it was delicious . Look forward to returning .

We had a wonderful stay. We booked 2 rooms, both with amazing water views, and there was plenty of room for our car. The location was perfect and convenient for visiting any of the North Antrim Coast attractions (Giant's Causeway, Dunluce, etc.). Both rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and good showers. The hot and cold breakfast buffet was fantastic with something for everyone. We also ate dinner in the Porthole restaurant and all had very good meals and desserts. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful, helping to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely stay again on our next trip!

The hotel has an excellent location on the seafront. Convenient location to Bushmills, Dunluce, Giant’s Causeway and many other North Coast attractions. Staff were exceptional. We ate in the restaurant on one night and had a very good meal. Breakfast offers you a buffet with a hot food selection too. Would recommend a front room, or you will overlook the car park.

If you are looking for a fabulous hotel in this part of Northern Ireland, then this is it!!! The room we had, had amazing views and with everything we needed!!! Food in the restarant is great, and all the staff go the extra mile!!! We can't wait to go back, but apparently it gets very busy in the summer, so book early!!!

A few weeks ago, my sister in law and me were visiting Portballantrae. We decided to have Sunday lunch at the Bay View hotel. We hadn't made a reservation, but were lucky enough to get a table. The place was buzzing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our meal was excellent and good quality. I haven't stayed in the hotel before, but will definitely be looking into a stay there. We will definitely be back.
